Iditarod Room Fees

Room rental fees are based on the Total Food and Beverages Expenses

Our Gazebo by the Lake is also available – ask our Sales Staff for details.
We also offer the Frontier Room and the Hallea Room for smaller parties.
Pricing available upon request.

 Deposit:

A $1,000.00 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking and must be accompanied by a signed function agreement.  

Food & Beverage Deposit:

50% of the estimated charge is due 45 days in advance. The remainder is due at the close of the function. The guaranteed count is due 4 working days prior to the event.

 Payment Terms:

Balances can be paid by credit card at the end of the function.

For cash and check payments, the total estimated balance is due one week prior to the function. Any additional balances are due at the end of the function.

 Table Settings:

All tables are set with white linens and appropriate silverware for the number of guaranteed guests.
